Allgon announces the appointment of Monika Franke-Templar as Chief Human Resources Officer
Allgon announced today the appointment of Monika Franke-Templar as the Chief Human Resources Officer of the Allgon Group. She will assume the role on March 23, joining the executive management team and reporting to the CEO.
Monika joins Allgon with more than 25 years of international HR leadership experience from global, technology-intensive environments. She most recently served in senior HR executive roles at Polestar and Volvo Cars, where she held a broad range of global positions supporting both engineering-dense organizations and commercial business areas.
Monika has a strong track record in driving large-scale transformation, including organizational redesign, capability building, leadership development, and cultural evolution across fast-moving and innovation-driven industries. Her work has consistently focused on enabling high-performance teams and strengthening leadership capabilities that support long-term business growth.
