All Allgon companies follow a coordinated vulnerability disclosure process. This means that we work with reporters to understand, assess and fix vulnerabilities before information is made public. If a vulnerability affects customers or users, we will provide clear information about affected products, versions, possible impact and any required action, such as installing a security update or applying a workaround.

Please do not publicly disclose the vulnerability before we have had reasonable time to assess and address it. Reports that are clearly spam, abusive, automated without meaningful findings, or unrelated to security vulnerabilities may be closed without response. We reserve the right to prioritize reports based on severity, exploitability, affected products, customer impact, safety impact and regulatory relevance.
